Participatory Action Research (PAR) is a powerful problem-solving approach that engages people on all sides of the issue in working together to innovate solutions to complex, systemic challenges. The intention is to shift people's point of view by facilitating an impartial multi-stakeholder dialogue. Action Research saves time, money and frustration while delivering innovative and practical solutions that people can be proud of and stand behind. We have used Action Research to produce unprecedented results since 1998.
3. Private Coaching, Group Coaching and Master Mind Groups are available to support leaders and teams during implementation. Support structures are key to ensuring bright ideas are implemented and business models and organizational strategies are executed as planned.
