When your goal is to build capacity internally project-based learning is the ideal way to sharpen skills, build team and facilitate change. We design a project, preferably something that has been sitting on the back-burner, and infuse it with the desired learning outcomes. Then we implement the project in partnership with your team. Your people are trained and your project is skillfully executed - simultaneously.

Project management involves full delegation of accountability to the Discovery Center’s results-oriented professionals. When necessity dictates, your project is executed with entrepreneurial flair.
The methodology of each project is custom designed to achieve the outcomes that are clearly defined at the start. Together we move through three stages of implementation: creation, action and completion.
