There is a disconnect between my mind and my body.  There is always a disconnect, a systemic imbalance. That's where possibility lives...

The game is to notice; to become curious and gently begin to reconcile the differences. The most important work for me is the work of bringing my systems into better alignment. There is no judgement; good/bad or right/wrong. There is only what is - my current reality - and what I give my word to as the next step in bringing my intention, my life, vocation or business into better alignment. The journey is a powerful one; like returning home after being away for a long time.

I invite you to join me. Stop what you are doing. Cut through the clutter. Get present to the stillness. Step out of the world of comparison and judgement to discover what awaits you within. There is no consequence but lost time, also know as loss of life. You can prolong it - the suffering and struggle - or you can tune into the Universe and find your way quickly.

You and I, we each have a distinctive voice. Yes, our voices are molded and shaped by outside influences in our life, but it is uniquely you and uniquely me.
