Tana Plewes has been building communities by focusing on the dreams and strengths of individuals for over twenty years. Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Tana’s spirit of adventure led her on an unlikely journey to the Pacific coast, where she gained operational experience in marine transportation, underwater seafood harvesting, search and rescue operations, and fisheries enforcement. She is CEO of the Discovery Centre for Entrepreneurship, a leadership development academy with a compelling vision: empower clients achieve breakthroughs in their individual and organizational performance through systems leadership.
Her progressive thinking, creativity, and natural ability to pinpoint barriers that leave others stopped have inspired business leaders in multiple industries to create workplaces that work for everyone. Tana facilitates the development of concrete, scalable systems that transform how business is done, with game-changing results in worker satisfaction, productivity, and profits.
